Q: How do I join On-Point as a service provider?
A: Submit your application. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll be added to our service database and eligible to receive job requests.Q: How do I get matched with service requests?
A: When a customer submits a request in your service category and location, we’ll reach out to you with the job details. You choose whether to accept or pass.Q: What does it cost to join and use On-Point?
A: Application Fee: A one-time, non-refundable application fee is required when you apply.
Referral Fee: You only pay when you accept a referral. Fees typically range from $5–$30, based on the average cost of the service and the customer's budget.
Annual Renewal: Your first annual renewal is free. Beginning with your second renewal, a renewal fee may apply and is based on the amount of business you earned through On-Point during the previous year. This helps keep renewal costs fair for providers of all sizes.
No Monthly Fees: There are no monthly membership fees and no bidding on jobs.Q: How do you determine the On-Point referral fee?
A: Our referral fee is based on the average cost of the service and the customer's estimated budget. This helps keep our fees fair and appropriate for each request. You'll always know the fee before accepting a referral.Q: Is there an On-Point fee if I'm just providing an estimate?
A: There is no On-Point referral fee for estimate-only requests. If the customer chooses to hire you, you must notify On-Point before the work begins. The referral fee will then be based on the agreed job budget.
Honest reporting helps us keep our referral program fair and affordable for all providers. Failure to report jobs accepted through On-Point may result in removal from the provider network.Q: Can I decline a request?
A: Yes, there’s no penalty for declining. We’ll continue sending relevant job requests your way.Q: How do I pay for accepted jobs?
A: Once you accept a request, we’ll provide secure payment instructions and job details. Payment must be completed before full job info is released.Q: What types of services can I offer through On-Point?

Providing inaccurate or misleading information during onboarding
Breach of trust, unprofessional conduct, or failure to deliver promised services
